2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, designs, or availability at any time. Limited-run designs may sell out without restock.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. You will be refunded in full if we cancel a paid order.
4. Product Appearance
Print colors and placement may vary slightly between garments due to the nature of printing. Screen colors may differ from the physical product.
5. Shipping
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Customs duties or import taxes on international orders are your responsibility.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, logos, and site content are owned by TrutShirts and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, or interfere with its operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrutShirts is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
