Refund & Returns Policy

1. 30-Day Returns
You may return any unworn, unwashed tee in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
2. How to Start a Return
Email support@trutshirts.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply with return instructions and the correct address. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us.
3. Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we cover it.
5. Faulty or Wrong Items
Send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no cost or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
6. Exchanges
Need a different size? Start a return for a refund and place a new order for the size you want — it's the fastest way to get the right fit.
7. Non-Returnable
Custom or personalized items, and anything returned worn, washed, or damaged by the customer, cannot be refunded.
